The role:

We are looking for an experienced sales manager to join our team. As a sales manager you are responsible for the sales and marketing of NTCP8, ensuring our agency is well marketed and generating new clients within and outside of the Benelux.


Responsibilities of the job include:


  • Generate leads and new business opportunities

  • Increase the company’s revenue by generating new clients and assist account teams to scale share of wallet by existing clients

  • Strategic advisory for new and existing clients creating sales opportunities

  • Define new target markets and necessities to be successful with clear alignment with account colleagues, R&D and management

  • Involve account teams during sales proposals and at handover


As our sales manager you will be on the road to and from clients frequently, however assuring touch base with your colleagues in the Antwerp office.  

Attributes and skills:

  • Commercial awareness/ feeling for new business opportunities

  • Proven success in meeting revenue goals

  • Strong relationship building skills; open representative and persuasive

  • Discipline and self-management

  • Strong presentation skills

  • Ability to deal with volatile working hours

  • Intrigued by technology and data

  • Excellent Dutch and English writing and speaking skills. French advantageous.



You must have a minimum of 5 years sales experience and preferably also a marketing related background.



University degree in an industry relevant subject or similar by experience.
